HOME INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE

My standard home inspection fee is $350 for a typical inspection that takes between 4 to 5 hours in the home plus an additional 3 hours to create the written report. This time includes both the inspection itself as well as any consultation time that might be involved to help resolve questions that you might have after the original inspection has been made. (If your home is larger than 3,000 square feet, my inspection fee may be slightly higher. I would enjoy discussing your particular needs. Just give me a call.)

I have extensive experience in the home building and remodeling industry, and upon completion of your home inspection, you will receive a detailed 40+ page printed report.
