HOME INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE

My standard home inspection fee is $350 (just increased from $325 for the last three years) for a typical inspection that takes up to four hours plus an additional two to three hours to create the written report. This time includes both the inspection itself as well as any consultation time that might be involved to help resolve questions that you might have after the original inspection has been made. (If your home is larger than 3,000 square feet, my inspection fee may be higher. I would enjoy discussing your particular needs. Just give me a call.)

I have extensive experience in the home building and remodeling industry, and upon completion of your home inspection, you will receive a detailed 30+ page printed report.

OPTIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES

A radon inspection is a $100 additional fee if it is scheduled at the same time that your home inspection is performed. If ordered separately (not performed during your home inspection), my radon inspection fee is $150.

A pest inspection will be scheduled separately with an independent pest testing company since I do not perform pest inspections myself. I will, however, take the responsibility of helping to schedule a pest inspection if you ask me when engaging me to perform your home inspection.
